FAQ: I can't log in to register. What am I doing wrong?

If you are having trouble getting into the PSU Student Information System to register, you may be using an incorrect Personal Identification Number (PIN) or your PIN may be disabled. If it is the first attempt to login, use your six digit date of birth for the PIN. If you have logged in before, the system has prompted you to change your PIN so it will no longer be your birth date. If you can not remember your PIN, or if it has been disabled, you must stop by the registration windows in the lobby of Neuberger Hall with two pieces of photo id, or call the office at 503.725.3412 and answer security questions, to have your PIN reset.
