Applying for a DegreeBaccalaureate Degrees and Undergraduate CertificatesUndergraduate students must apply for a degree or certificate two quarters prior to their expected date of completion. The Application for Undergraduate Degree (or Certificate) is available on the online Registration Forms page or from Degree Requirements in Neuberger Hall 104. Students are encouraged to meet with their academic adviser prior to submitting the degree application. The degree application fee is $20 and is nonrefundable. Submit completed forms to the Degree Requirements office. As part of the degree application process, full-time baccalaureate candidates will receive a Degree Audit prior to their final term of classes. Part-time students may request a Degree Audit prior to degree application upon completion of 150 credits. Postbaccalaureate students may request a Degree Audit prior to degree application upon completion of 15 credits at PSU. Undergraduate Degree Application Deadlines
Advanced Degrees and Graduate CertificatesMaster's, doctoral and graduate certificate program students must apply for a degree one quarter prior to their expected date of graduation. The Application for Awarding of Master's or Doctoral Degree is available on the Graduate Studies Forms page or at the Office of Graduate Studies. Graduate Certificate students must submit the Application for Awarding of Graduate Certificate, which is available online and at the Office of Graduate Studies. Advanced degree and graduate certificate candidates should see their adviser and the Graduate Studies Office concerning graduation requirements and clearance.
