Weight Room Orientations are now available by appointment! Get familiar with the weight room and general workout concepts with a FREE guided tour and instruction on a variety of equipment. Contact Tenalyn to schedule an appointment at tenalyn@pdx.edu.

Women on Weights! Join us in the Weight Room on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am-10am every week. This time will be staffed with a female trainer who is available to answer questions and who will also offer 15 minute "mini-lessons" on different exercises for all of the major muscle groups from 9:15-9:30am. Use the rest of the hour to create workouts and get comfortable in the Weight Room with the support of other women!
