Campus Rec provides a flexible fitness program that is especially convenient for Portland State students who want a simple way to keep healthy on their own schedule.

New for 2013 - Women on Weights!
This time will be staffed with a female trainer who is available to answer questions and who will also offer 15 minute "mini-workouts" with new exercises each week that you can incorporate into your strength training routine. Use the rest of the hour to create workouts and get comfortable in the Weight Room with the support of other women!
Weight Room Orientations are now available by appointment!
Get familiar with the weight room and general workout concepts with a FREE guided tour and instruction on a variety of equipment. One-on-one and small group orientations available. Contact Tenalyn to schedule an appointment at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Drop-in Group X Fitness classes are fun, challenging, appropriate for all fitness levels, and included in your membership at no additional charge. You are able to pick and choose from a variety of classes that are offered.
WEIGHT ROOM AND CARDIO MACHINES
Over 100 pieces of weight room and 80 pieces of cardio equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, incline trainers, cycle bikes, rowing machines, and more are available during all operational hours.
Certified personal trainers are available at about half the cost of other gyms. Buddy Sessions, Fitness Assessments, and Body Composition Tests are also available.

The track is available during all operational hours.
