User Fees | Recreation Areas | Classes | Locker Rooms | Scheduling | Rec Field| Employment | Virtual Tour The Peter Stott Center is available for use by all students at Portland State that are paying Student Fees. Students cas use the gyms, courts, and the weight and circuit room for free. If a student wants to use the locker room or the pool, there is a miminum fee of $27/quarter, payable in the locker rooms. Faculty and Staff can also use the Peter Stott Center for thier recreation needs by paying a user fee either in the locker room or through payroll deduction. Members of the PSU Alumni Association are also able to use the Peter Stott Center if they pay the membership fee.
