PT Guided Walk. Come walk with Brenda as she leads a walk focused on walking gait, stride, form, and intensity. We will also include some drills to help make you a more conscientious walker.

Foot Traffic hosts Walktober for a special talk on hydration, nutrition, shoes, training and upcoming events to help us stay motivated! We will depart for their location at 5 pm. 1.4 miles and about 30 minutes walking time.
