This program provides you access to a wide variety of activities led by certified instructors. From endurance to strength, our programs are designed to work for you!

Getting Started

1. See the schedule below , and pick out the classes that work for you. Classes are all drop in, so you can come to any class you want whenever you want. You don't have to sign up for a particular class, and you aren't obligated to keep coming to the same class. The same ticket works for all of our classes.

o For class descriptions, click on the name in the schedule below.
o You first class is always FREE, so if you want to try one out before buying tickets, just show up!

1. Purchase a yellow ticket in the Peter Stott Center Locker Rooms. Prices are:

* 1 class: $3
* Package of 5 classes: $12.50
* Package of 10 classes: $17.50
* Passes purchased now expire June 30, 2008
