This program provides you access to a wide variety of activities led by certified instructors. From endurance to strength, our programs are designed to work for you!
Getting Started
Review the schedule and pick out the classes that work for you. Classes are all drop in, so you can come to any class you want whenever you want. You don't have to sign up for a particular class, and you aren't obligated to keep coming to the same class. The same ticket works for all of our classes.
Your first class is always FREE, so if you want to try one out before buying tickets, just show up!
Purchase a yellow ticket in the Peter Stott Center Locker Rooms. Prices are:
1 class: $3
Package of 5 classes: $12.50
Package of 10 classes: $17.50
Passes purchased now expire June 30, 2010.

360 Core Performance

Ready to focus on performance, weight loss, or endurance? 360 Core Performance is a workout of stratigic exercies developed to reactive inactive muscles, increase strength and flexibility, improve balance and endurance, and ease muscle and joint pain. Come to build total body strength and get back into playing shape or to improve your speed and sports performance. Great for all levels.
Boot camp workouts are a great way to get in shape, lose fat, gain strength and have fun all at the same time! Using your own body weight and unique exercises allows for a total body workout tailored to your fitness level and is guaranteed to give you results. High energy music and a heart pumping workout will leave you feeling great after only 50 minutes!
Deep Water Aerobics

If shallow-water aerobics do not appeal to you, try a deep-water workout. Since you are suspended in the water, you use a lot of energy and calories to travel. It’s a great way to get the benefits of running without the pounding on the joints.

Water aerobics is a great way to get in shape or to break up the monotony of traditional exercise routines. This activity is low impact and is excellent for exercising the entire body and burning off excess fat.
