Personal Training: What is available through the Personal Training program?

a. Every client receives a free consultation where they meet with their trainer to determine the client’s goals, exercise and dietary habits, and medical history.  Each 60 minute 1-on-1 session will then be filled with a personalized exercise plan designed to help the client meet their individual goals.


b. Buddy sessions are available for purchase for clients who are looking to save some money or need some extra motivation to get to their work outs.


c. Fitness assessments can be purchased individually for $10 or be incorporated into a general Personal Training session. These assessments include body composition testing (either skin fold measurements or circumference measurements), blood pressure, resting heart rate, muscular endurance, cardiovascular and flexibility assessments. These are highly encouraged as they help your trainer personalize your program and measure improvement.


d. Body composition tests can be purchased individually for $5 or incorporated into a general Personal Training session.
