How can I check my Campus Recreation visits?

Once you have set up your account on the Campus Recreation online system at http://www.pdx.edu/recreation/webtrac you are able to review your visits to the recreation center. Please follow the steps below to complete your visit report.

OVERVIEW REPORT

The following steps will provide you with an overview of your current passes, expiration dates, and visit counts per membership.

1. Go to the online system: www.pdx.edu/recreation/webtrac

2. Select the appropriate login type

3. On the homepage, hover over My Account

4. Click My History

On this page, you can adjust the initial form to see membership history including expiration dates. This is applicable for all family members in your household (student members generally include only the student).

Below the membership history are the Pass Visits. This form can be adjusted to display all passes and their visits counts, certain passes and the date range to generate the visits for.

Example:
  1. Set Begin Date: 9/01/2013
  2. Set End Date: 10/01/2013
  3. Determine Memberships to Show: Student Membership
  4. Click Refresh

DAY-BY-DAY VISIT REPORT

The following steps will provide you with a detailed breakdown of your visits to Campus Recreation.

1. Go to the online system: www.pdx.edu/recreation/webtrac

2. Select the appropriate login type

3. On the homepage, hover over Search

4. Hover over Pass Membership and click My Visits

5. You will be presented with an adjustable date range, please select the appropriate dates.

6. Click Start Search

Below the search form, you will see a day-by-day summary of your visits. If you have had multiple passes, they will display which pass you were checked in with. Ex: "STDNT" meaning "Student Membership"
