Learn spice blends and how to "bloom" their flavor through gently frying them from Oregon Culinary Institute Chef Bikram Vaidya. Taste the results and enjoy a glass of wine as Vaidya shares his expertise learned from 20 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry. The demonstration takes place at Oregon Culinary Institute, just 10 blocks west of campus.
