Support the Center

The Center for Real Estate staff and advisory board are working together with the real estate community to foster a long-term commitment by the university to support real estate education. The Center enriches the university’s support for classroom instruction with programs to engage our students within the real estate community.

All operational expenses of the Center come from a combination of the Center’s annual real estate conference and funds provided by the generous contributions of our alumni, friends and industry partners including advisory board members. Our ability to expand the Center’s reach and foster programs that cater to industry interests and needs depend on your continued support for which we are so grateful.

Financial support may be in the form of sponsorship of the Center’s annual real estate conference, research grants, program grants, endowment gifts, scholarships, or outright gifts and pledges of cash, appreciated stock or other assets.  Gifts are made through the PSU Foundation, a 501(c)3 corporation. Every individual and organization that provides financial support is recognized on the Center’s web site and in its annual report. Donors are especially encouraged to get involved with the Center’s students and programs and to provide career opportunities both to current students and graduates.

There are many ways to support the Center and all are appreciated.

The Win Win Scholarship Campaign

Currently the Center for Real Estate is engaged in a scholarship campaign to provide tuition assistance of as much as $10,000 per year for eligible students.  Educating new talent for positions in the real estate industry is central to our mission. To do this we need to attract great students. The challenge for many aspiring students today is the high cost of education and the debt burden so many bear.  The Win Win scholarship is so named because it addresses these issues while facilitating recruitment of high quality students.  If you participated in this major fundraiser, thank you again for offering, and honoring, your pledge.
