Real Estate Finance Major

windowsThe Major in Real Estate Finance is a specialization within the Business Administration degree program. Students may declare business administration as their major field of study at any time after admission to Portland State University, and subsequent declaration of the Real Estate Finance major may be made any time after admittance to the School of Business. Students must be admitted formally to the School of Business Administration before they will be allowed to enroll in certain upper-division business administration courses or to graduate with a business administration degree. Application forms are available in SBA Student Services, SBA 240, and the following website has additional information:

Students choosing the Real Estate Finance option within the Business School are required to take a minimum of 27 credits as follows:
