Vernon Rifer is principal of Rifer Development, a diversified commercial real estate development company based in Portland, Oregon. Mr. Rifer has over 30 years of experience in the design, construction and development of major commercial, residential and public facilities. He specializes in the development of office buildings, urban housing, mixed use and mixed income projects. Prior to owning his own company, Mr. Rifer served as a senior project manager for Gerding/Edlen Development Company. Mr. Rifer has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and BS in Business Administration from Oregon State University and a MBA from Portland State University.
