Profile: Meet Thomas Boyle

Thomas Boyle, MAI is the Chief Appraiser for US Bank, responsible for appraisal and environmental services nationally. Boyle has provided valuationservices for financing litigation support condemnation and assessmentappeals. He is a nationally approved instructor for the AppraisalInstitute and authored the Appraisal of Local Retail Properties for the Appraisal Institute and co-authored Real Estate Fraud; The Appraiser's Responsibilities and Liabilities.
Tom was on the development teams for several other seminars and a contributor to the latest edition of the Dictionary of Real Estate Appraisal published by the Appraisal Institute. He was also on the National Board of Directors of the Appraisal Institute from 2000 though 2003.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Oregon and the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
