Profile: Meet Robert Greene

Robert M. Greene, MAI, SRA, is a real estate appraiser withthe Portland, Oregon, office of Integra RealtyResources. Mr. Greene hasexperience with a wide variety of assignments and types of property: retail properties; suburban and centralbusiness district office buildings; hotels and motels; apartment complexes;automobile dealership facilities; vacant land, including corridor assignments;special-use properties, including houses of worship and outdoor advertisingdisplays; partial interests; and condemnation, including full and partialtakings. Mr. Greene has appraisedin several states and in Europe, and he is amember of the Comprehensive Examination Panel and the University RelationsPanel of the Appraisal Institute. Mr.Greene has a Ph.D. from University of Kansas and a B.A. from Kalamazoo College.
