Profile: Meet Mike Silvey

Mike Silvey is Partner at Foster Pepper Tooze LLP and has over 35 years real estate law experience. He represents developers, investors and businesses in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate. Professor Silvey is a member of the Board of Directors of the Clackamas Community Land Trust and is a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE). He is a Panel Member (Mediator and Arbitrator) with the United States Arbitration and Mediation Service of Oregon and is a Panel Member (Arbitrator) of Multnomah County's Circuit Court. Professor Silvey has a B.A. from UC Santa Barbara and a J.D. from Hastings College of the Law University of California.
