Profile: Meet Dan Rogers

Dan Rogers hastaught courses in valuation (including real estate valuation), corporatefinance, and derivative securities at PortlandState University,Northeastern University,and University of Utah. He has publishedresearch in the areas of corporate hedging, managerial incentives, andexecutive compensation. His published work includes articles in the Journalof Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance, Financial Management, and Journal of Futures Markets.Prior to his life as an academic, Dr. Rogers held professional and managementpositions with a national airline and a petroleum products distributor. Dr.Rogers received his BA in Business Administration from WashingtonState University,MBA from Tulane Universityand PhD (Finance) from University of Utah.
