PSU's Center for Real Estate will hold its 3rd Annual Real Estate conference on June 5, 2008 at the Hilton Hotel in downtown Portland, Oregon. The conference, titled "Rainbows After the Storm: The Future of the Real Estate Market After the Credit Crunch" will address the economic status of the real estate market and outlook for 2008. Joshua Scoville, of Property Portfolio Research in Boston, Massachusettes, will provide the economic update of the current real estate market and Chris Lee, of CEL & Associates in Los Angeles, California, will provide a forecast of trends to come in the next several years.
