CRE Scholarships

Thanks to the generosity of many PSU supporters, there are a number of scholarships available to students in the Master of Real Estate Development program. Scholarships are geared toward students who are seriously considering careers in Real Estate or related professions.

The key to getting a scholarship: early preparation. The application is due February 1.  All existing students and newly applying students are eligible. It's never too early to start the application process.

Student is expected to write for the Center's Quarterly publication

Center for Real Estate Advisory Board Fellowship $4,000

Student is expected to write for the Center's Quarterly publication
Regional Mulltiple Listing Service (RMLS) Student Fellowship $4,000 (one fellowship available) Student is expected to write for the Center's Quarterly publication
Dermody Properties Scholarship $1,000 (one scholarship available)  
Commercial Real Estate Brokers of Metropolitan Portland (OMP) Scholarship $1,000 (one scholarship available)  
Evergreen Business Capital Scholarship $2,500 (one scholarship available)

Greater Oregon Chapter of the Appraisal Institute
$2,000 (one scholarship available in Spring)
Student must complete or be currently enrolled in RE 539 Real Estate Valuation to qualify
National Association of Industrial & Office Properties $500 (five scholarships available)

No application necessary; all eligible candidates will be considered

BOMA Scholarships $500
(five scholarships available)

No application necessary; all eligible candidates will be considered

Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Scholarship

Applicant must be a female student enrolled in or applying to the Master of Real Estate Development program

Norris & Stevens Real Estate Endowed Scholarship
