QRC Academic Coaching Program
The Queer Academic Coaching program and Retention Services helps queer identified students succeed in their academic, professional, and personal goals. We offer support for students in all aspects of their lives, including academics, employment and personal conflicts. The coaches meet with students for 50 min sessions which can focus on study skills, resume building, interpersonal conflicts, concerns with curriculum/instructors/courses, general emotional support and more. These sessions are commonly held in the Queer Resource Center; all though there are also opportunities for coaches to meet outside of that space by student request.
Our Academic Coach Paul will be available during the summer by appointment only. Please email him to make an appointment.
