PSU Students Present at the Annual PNW LSAMP Conference
Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation Scholars (LSAMP) Scholars, Nicholas Robbins, Kofi Tweneboah, Rashiid Garare, Mondell Wells, Katherine Huynh, and Allie Simpson, presented posters at the Pacific Northwest (PNW) LSAMP Conference at Oregon State University in February 2012. Robbins won Best Poster award for Science (Proteolytic Regulation of Microtubule Severing Proteins) for his work with Dr. Jeff Singer at Portland State University and Wells won Best Poster for Engineering (Sound-Field Mapping in Liquid-Filled Containers) for his work with Aaron Diaz at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), Richland, WA.
