Donald Truxillo, Psychology faculty, co-chaired an international meeting on age issues in the workplace at the University of Trento, Italy, in November 2011. Covering a range of topics such as retirement, generational differences, and age discrimination, the meeting brought together leading workplace aging researchers from around the world and resulted in the development of an international network of researchers on the topic.
