Integrated Digital Support Center
The Integrated Digital Support Center (IDSC) is a 24-hour lab available to the PSU community. The lab has two areas located in the Broadway Building. BHB 226 is a general access lab while BHB 225 is dedicated to faculty, graduate students, and staff. The IDSC team includes one full-time instructional designer from COL. Lab staff can help with D2L training, troubleshooting, and advanced-function issues with D2L. IDSC phone: 503-725-9111.
Face-to-face workshops on D2L are available. The training schedule can be found at http://oit.pdx.edu/training.

Universal Login FAQ
The Universal Login service enables single sign-on to multiple websites at PSU, including your PSU Gmail. Here is a link to the OIT FAQ on thie system. Please be aware, however, that it's also important to logout by closing all instances of your web browser or by following this link:
Odin Account Manager (OAM).
Your Odin ID gives you access to Banweb (the PSU Information System), wifi, e-mail, blackboard/D2L, off-campus access to library resources, and computer labs. Click the link above to turn on your Odin ID, change your password and view/change account settings. Note: some Continuting Education and Professional Development programs don't use Odin accounts. If you don't have an Odin ID, go to the D2L Guest Account Login (d2l.pdx.edu) for access.
If your department or program has approved you to teach online but your course is not listed as a web course in the PSU schedule, please contact your department/program scheduler.
Entering Final Grades
Currently it's not possible to enter final grades directly from D2L; faculty must login to Banweb (PSU Information System) and enter final grades there. The Registrar's site has a list of intstructions on entering grades and also a PSU Grading Policy Tutorial.

The PSU Library has a wide range of subject-specific resource guides that can be embedded in your online courses. The Distance Learning Librarian can also help you tailor a research guide for a specific class.
Disability Resource Center
The DRC provides pre-admission and disability counseling to students, educational training, advocacy and a variety of accommodations for equal access to the educational process and campus life.
Clean Copy for Coursepacks
To create a course reader, you can have Clean Copy obtain copyright clearances and produce a printed reader, which they will ship to students. In addition to the publishers' fees and printing costs, there is an $8.00 flat shipping rate.
The bookstore can provide texts for students who may be on campus.
PSU Alert Notification System
PSU Alert is an emergency notification system used to send emergency alerts, notifications and updates to your cell phone, pager, phone and e-mail account. In the event of an emergency, (fire,inclement weather, ect) the PSU administration will be able to send important alerts and updates right to your preferred point of contact.
