If you can't resolve your D2L problems with any of these pages, please go to the following link to submit your issue to User Support Services: E-Learning Support Request Form. A User Support Services/LTC staff member will get back to you as soon as possible.
You may also want to visit the Help Desk in the basement of Smith Memorial Student Union, room 18, or the Integrated Digital Support Center, Broadway Housing Building, rooms 225/226.
When contacting the Help Desk, please have the following information ready so that a Technician can quickly assist you:
- Your Odin username (what you use to access MyPSU).
- The online course that you are having an issue with.
- A detailed description of the issue.
