My name is Rachel and I am a junior at Portland State. I play on the Portland State Women’s soccer team. I am majoring in communication with a minor in business. I tend to watch a lot of TV in my spare time especially the show "Lost". My favorite class at Portland State so far has been my Public Speaking Class. I chose Portland State for many reasons. The main reason was I felt like the school had so much to offer academically and athletically. The urban campus and downtown environment was new and intriguing. I joined the orientation program to connect to a broader group of students and faculty.
