As director of the University Studies mentor programs, Candyce Reynolds proclaims that she has THE best job at Portland State. She enjoys helping mentors develop teaching and discussion skills and indirectly facilitating the intellectual growth of PSU's first and second year students. Dr. Reynolds' scholarly interest focuses on reflective practice in students and in mentors, especially through the use of electronic portfolios.
