Major: Environmental Science 

Petter arrived to Portland after ten years of living in his mother’s native country, Chile, where he completed grade school and was taught much about life by his mother. After a childhood of globetrotting, Petter decided to take advantage of his American nationality and was determined to find a pertinent home suitable to his interests and global concerns in the USA. Portland was the place—arts and social, as well as environmental, awareness. PSU brought all those interests together in an urban campus, progressive education, and international and community engagement. Chasing a soccer ball through life and coordinating the PSU Men’s Soccer Club to the rhythm of Sudamerican Rockers on KPSU, Petter strives to fit several lives into his time on earth.
