Major: Engineering Management 

Fouad was born in a small city called Alula which is located in the northwest of Saudi Arabia. Then, he moved with his family to Madina, which has a religious significance to all Muslims. He got his bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals in Dhahran. Living in 3 different cities in the kingdom has helped him a lot to be more flexible, open and easy to get accustomed to different cultures. Fouad's family and friends have been a great inspiration for him: from the wisdom of his father to the kindness of his mother, from the humor of his siblings to the ambition of his friends.
His favorite memory about PSU is his first course in the university, when he was working in a team of five different people who were all smart, and they came from five distinct countries and five different backgrounds. He said to himself" wow this is a diverse campus." At this moment he realized why many people advised him to come to Portland State University. Fouad hopes that he will be remembered by all the people he has met throughout his life as an honest, modest, friendly person representing wonderful family, a peaceful town, a great country and an amazing university.
