Major : History

Ashley is from Winston, Oregon. Winston is a small town that is largely known for Wildlife Safari, a valley teeming with exotic animals, where Ashley frequently visits. She came to Portland State University straight from high school in the fall of 2006 and is currently majoring in history. When she first arrived in Portland, she quickly fell in love with the numerous charms Portland and Portland State have to offer. Her favorite reading nook (now closed off for renovations), the short walk to the waterfront, many restaurants and used bookstores, along with the small out of the way parks have all become a part of her daily world. She aspires to gain an education and make something of herself, and what that means is still under consideration.
