It has been a wild ride for Cathy LaTourette, from a Fortune 500 Corporation, to a Fortune 100 Corporation, to a start up venture, to her own consulting firm, to Oregon’s largest University. And every step along the way has helped prepare her to manage the super sized HR challenges that PSU presents. With such a varied background, Cathy brings a depth and breadth of human resources knowledge that applies as readily to benefit plan design as it does to employee and labor relations. As a member of the University’s senior management team, Cathy’s is an important voice for all PSU employees because no one knows better than she that PSU’s most valuable resources are its human resources.
