Micheal Dorsey is a senior at Portland State majoring in Business Management and Supply & Logistics. After graduation he plans on either pursuing his MBA at Portland State or starting his professional career. Micheal grew up a few miles south of Portland and was involved in various extra-curricular activities. His family has had an important role in shaping who he is today. He decided to come to Portland State not only because of the rave reviews about the business school, but he also wanted to play football at the Division-1 level. Characteristics that he admires in friends are ones that he also strived to have: honesty, dedication, respect, and a sense of humor. Many of Micheal's favorite memories at Portland State have taken place on the football field, but he always has fun when he cheers on his fellow athletes at their game. The word determined describes Micheal best. When he chooses to do something he gives it his all and keeps focused on what he wants the end result to be. The one thing that he thinks is most important in life is family. Nobody knows you like your own family does. They had an influence on who you are, and when you gather with them you can’t help but have a good time.
