Brett grew up in Tigard, Oregon, and graduated from Tigard High School in 2005. After the first term at PSU, Brett enjoyed his classes, but looked to make further connections to the university. Brett joined the 2006 PSU Orientation Team, and from there, continued to become involved in student organizations joining the Student Ambassador Program by the end of his freshman year. Now a Junior, Brett has remained involved in both PSU's Orientation and Student Ambassador Program, as well as taking on a position as an FYE RA in Residence Life. Brett is continuing to study Business Advertising with a minor in writing. In the future, he hopes to pursue a career in screenwriting or social work, or both!
