Todd Williams has more than 30 years of management and technical experience in computer software. As an end user in discrete and process manufacturing, an IT individual contributor, a business owner, and a senior project manager working in Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Israel, and the United States, his combination of attributes allows him to solve problems at all levels of the enterprise: the common thread being recovering red projects. He is PMP certified and a regular contributor to PMI and other seminars in the Portland area. He has written articles on project management and CIM System for Semiconductor Manufacturing. Mr. Williams teaches the Understanding, Identifying, and Managing Project Risk course.
