Sarah Stebbins has more than 20 years of experience developing and delivering training programs, having designed over 100 workshops and seminars, and facilitating teams. She is experienced in coaching executives and leaders with managing organizational change. She has held adjunct faculty positions with The University of Portland and Washington State University. Her current work includes strategic planning for a large county health department, leadership curriculum design and delivery for 150 community college managers, and developing and implementing change-management strategies for a large municipal commission. Dr. Stebbins is a senior-certified career coach for Lee Hecht Harrison, an international leadership-development firm. Ms. Stebbins teaches the Change Management: Planning & Implementation course.
