Sarah Sentilles. Workshop and Lecture at the Portland Center for Public Humanities
Sarah Sentilles is a scholar of religion, an award-winning speaker, and the author of three books. She is currently at work on a novel and an edited volume that investigates the intersections of torture and Christianity.
In February 2012, she gave a lecture (Art, Religion, and Torture: Constructing an Ethical Response to Violence Against Others) and a workshop (Seeing Other People) at the Portland Center for Public Humanities.
