I’m entering my sophomore year here at Portland State University, and am pursuing a Health Science degree with the intention to someday become a nurse. My first year as a college student went as expected, there ups, and downs, but after the three terms I know I found my place here in the city of roses. I joined the Portland State EcoReps during my winter term, and was granted an internship with them my spring term where the other 11 interns and myself each created an event promoting sustainability. Myself and the other LCA’s are here to help students succeed in college. We offer numerous free resources to students such as: academic coaching and advising, and drop-in writing support. I reside in room 705, the Viking floor, in Ondine, and you can find me in University Success on Sundays from 8-10, Mondays from 2-3, and 5-7, and Thursdays from 8-10. I take an immense amount of pride in my position as an LCA, so don’t be afraid to come to me if you have any questions.
