Background
Dr. Kinsella received his Ph.D. from Yale University. He has served as
Editor of International Studies Perspectives (2005-2009) and president
of the International Studies Association's Midwest Region. He has also
taught at American University, the University of Missouri, and Yale,
and was a Mershon postdoctoral fellow at Ohio State University.
