Project Description:

The Native American Youth Association is available to all self-identified Native American youth throughout Tri-County area with the focus on Multnomah County. The goals of NAYA are to ensure the health of our future generations by developing more options for our youth and family and community. NAYA works to increase opportunities for healthy activities through the promotion of family stability, youth camps, support groups, cultural activities, tutoring classes, and special events. PSU students assist in helping the agency grow from a small recreation program staffed by volunteers to a fully sustainable youth community center.
