Experience: Michelle Clinch collaborates with staff, sponsoring agencies, system partners and subject matter experts to identify and develop effective, engaging learning experiences for the purpose of professional development, continuing education, peer support and performance enhancement. Her experience includes over nine years in adult education including needs analysis, instructional design, assessment, educational technologies and social learning. She also has over twelve years of experience in marketing and communications in media, retail, non-profit and higher education. She received her M.S. in Adult Education with a specialization in training and development from Portland State University and a B.A. in marketing from Western Washington University. Her work with the National Child Welfare Workforce Institute includes managing their social media channels and developing effective distance learning for the Leadership Academy for Middle Managers. She is also an instructional designer for Family Connections Oregon.
