Experience: Michelle Clinch collaborates with staff, sponsoring agencies, system partners and subject matter experts to identify and develop effective, engaging online learning experiences for the purpose of professional development, continuing education, peer support and performance enhancement. She supports the Leadership Academy for Middle Mangers and the Systems of Care Institute on grant and contract based projects that are both national and statewide in scope. She has a strong background in instructional design, educational technology, social learning and content strategy. Her experience includes nine years in adult education, and over twelve years in marketing and communications in media, retail, non-profit and higher education.
