Toni Plato manages the Training & Development and E-Learning for Online Educators Certificate of Completion programs. She also represents the Continuing Education department for online learning. Toni received her master's degree in Educational Leadership & Policy with a specialty in Postsecondary, Adult and Continuing Education (PACE) from PSU in 2007. Before joining the Graduate School of Education in 2008, she managed the curriculum for first-year medical students in the MD program at Oregon Health and Science University.
