Professor Thomas Gillpatrick directs the Food Industry Leadership Center at Portland State University, one of the nation's top food industry and consumer products goods education programs. Working closely with industry partners, Tom, along with his colleagues and students, supports a more competitive food and consumer packaged goods industry in Oregon and the greater Northwest, ensuring future economic stability and growth. The program is an exceptional model for effective University/Industry Partnerships.
