Linda G. Sullivan is a senior vice president of Financial and Operational Services and Chief Financial Officer for Southern California Edison (SCE), one of the nation’s largest electric utilities.
Sullivan is responsible for the company’s financial management and fiscal integrity. She directs all aspects of finance, including strategy, planning, treasury, accounting, risk management, and control functions. Sullivan also leads operational support functions for the company, including supply chain functions, transportation services and facilities management across SCE’s 50,000 square mile service territory. She was responsible for the company’s 2012 general rate case with the California Public Utilities Commission and a company-wide program to optimize the company’s cost structure.
Previously, Sullivan was vice president and controller for Edison International and SCE. She has held progressive management positions throughout the company and has worked at Edison’s unregulated business and parent company throughout her career.
Prior to joining Edison, Sullivan performed financial audits with industry specialization in utilities.
Sullivan is a California certified public accountant and certified management accountant. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Portland State University.
