Dan Rogers has taught courses in valuation (including real estate valuation), corporate finance, and derivative securities at Portland State University, Northeastern University, and University of Utah. He has published research in the areas of corporate hedging, managerial incentives, and executive compensation. His published work includes articles in the Journal of Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance, Financial Management, and Journal of Futures Markets. Prior to his life as an academic, Dr. Rogers held professional and management positions with a national airline and a petroleum products distributor. Dr. Rogers received his BA in Business Administration from Washington State University, MBA from Tulane University and PhD (Finance) from University of Utah.
