Larry Ferguson, MSW, is a senior consultant with Compass Consulting Group, an organization-development firm that partners with senior managers to identify and close gaps in employee performance and customer service. He has over 18 years of experience in management and leadership development with a focus on performance-management and data-collection services. Mr. Ferguson has managed and participated in revamping three company performance-management systems, and he has worked with Legacy Health System, Microsoft, ADP, Brim Healthcare, Corillian, and Regence BlueCross/BlueShield. His MSW from Portland State University focused on group dynamics and interpersonal communications. Mr. Ferguson teaches the Group Development and Processes course.
