Experience: Ms. O’Dell has been a researcher with the Child Welfare Partnership since 1997, starting as a research assistant and currently as a research associate. Her primary role has been as a program evaluator in the areas of child welfare, early childhood education, youth transition, and training for state and community-based projects. She currently is the researcher assigned to the Child Welfare Partnership training unit and is responsible for evaluating all child welfare staff and caregiver training provided by training unit.
