Katherine Morrow has over 20 years experience working in the field of International Education, particularly with a focus on Japan & Korea. She has worked at Portland State University since 1994. She holds a bachelor's degree in English and minor in Japanese language from Willamette University. She has completed graduate coursework in Portland State's M.A. TESOL Program and is a student of Korean language. Katherine has studied abroad and traveled extensively in Japan. In 2008 she received a Rotary International Group Study Exchange fellowship to South Korea. Other countries she's visited include China, Germany & Italy.
Katherine serves on the Portland Art Museum Asian Art Council as a liaison to Portland State University; on the Portland Sister Cities Presidents Council, and is president of the Portland-Ulsan (Korea) Sister City Association.
