Profile

Kat grew up in Towson, Maryland. She got her bachelors degree in Psychology from West Virginia University in 2009. Kat moved to Portland in the fall of 2009 and started attending PSU in the fall of 2010. Her academic focus at PSU is conflict resolution and she looks to apply this knowledge to outdoor recreation and education.

Kat is an avid outdoor enthuhsiast enjoying hiking, backpacking, snowshoueing, rock climbing and canoeing to name a few. She first joined Campus Rec in 2011 as an Assistant Trip Leader for the Outdoor Program. She is now the Outdoor Program Volunteer Student Coordinator. She looks forward to the terms to come getting the PSU community outdoors.
