The Helpdesk
The OIT Helpdesk is the first stop for Faculty, Staff, and Students needing assistance with PSU computing resources, audio/visual services, and event support. Helpdesk technicians are available to support and troubleshoot accounts and network connectivity for students, and provide in-depth hardware and software support for staff and faculty members. If you have questions, the Helpdesk has the answers!
