Casey is an academic adviser for Psychology majors. Prior to joining the Psychology Department in December 2010, he was an adviser in the Undergraduate Advising & Support Center (UASC) and previously worked at the University or Oregon and Oregon State University. He especially loves working with struggling students and undergraduates seeking admission to graduate programs.
In his spare time Casey engages in a wide variety of activities including playing frisbee (golf, ultimate and freestyle), shooting pool, running, skiing, hiking, and creating ceramic art. Ceramics is one of his favorite activities outside of work. Casey handbuilds and wheelthrows, but his favorite part of working in ceramics is working with a team on wood and salt firings that take several days to complete and always produce unique and interesting results.
